July Stack

July Stack

Hey guys, this is a late post but here is my stack of reads for the month of July. So far I have only finished of these so far. Hopefully I can get through the other two soon. I did also read two ARC’s this month as well. All three of these books are from my book of the month picks. I skipped the month of July because none of them really interested me so hopefully next month will be better.

A good neighborhood by Theresa Anne Fowler is a contemporary novel that examines the american dream through the lens of two families living side by side in North Carolina. The novel explores the effects of class, race, and a heart rendering love story.

Home before dark by Riley Sager, Twenty-five years ago Maggie -Holt and her parents moved into Baneberry Hall. It was a Victorian estate in the Vermont woods, they only stayed there for three weeks and left in the middle of the night. Her father then wrote a book about what happened there. Maggie returns after her fathers death, not believing in ghosts Maggie is shocked to find something inside of the house.

The two lives of Lydia Bird by Josie Silver, Lydia and Freddie have been together for a decade. On her 28th birthday Frieddie died in a car accident, now Lydia is alone crying in her apartment. Jonah and her sister Elle help Lydia take her first steps out into the world. That is until she gets pulled back into her past.

All of these books seem really good and they have awesome reviews. I can not wait to dive into these books. Have you guys read any of these, let me know in the comments.
