Hey guys, I’m here with another review. Does anyone else love traveling to different countries through books since there are so many travel restrictions these days? I have always loved Indian culture so I was really excited to get my hands on this book. I was also pretty stoked that one of my favorite people Chrissy Tiegen also read it.
I will admit that I wasn’t sure where this book was going a lot of the time and had a few questions at the end but I really enjoyed it.
A show based on big lavish Indian weddings…. Sign me up!
Tina, her best friend, and parents head to India for her cousins lavish wedding. Tina’s not in the celebrating mood. Her mother’s boyfriend is joining them, her dad is meeting a women he met on a matchmaker and Tina is super single. Besides being single Tina is having an identity crisis.
I found this book to be a fun read. I enjoyed exploring India with Tina and all of the Indian food! When I first finished this book I wanted there to be more details about the wedding. After letting it sit I realized the wedding was a minor factor and that the main plot was for Tina to find herself. I felt proud of her. Such a cute read
I gave it 3 stars.
