A Good Neighborhood

A Good Neighborhood

Happy Monday! I finished A Good Neighborhood by Therese Anne Fowler a few weeks ago, it was such a great read.

The ending was so wild, my mind was blown. I was a mix of mad and sad when I finished the book, I wont say much of what happened for those that plan on reading.

I saw this book floating around Bookstagram and decided to give it a try when I signed up for book of the month. I did go into this book blind without knowing much about the book. The story is told from the point of view from the neighbors in the community, I found that aspect really enjoyable. I was intrigued how these two young kids felt that they had to hide who they really were and what they wanted out of life from their parents. At one point someone in the book asked who was the real villain, and to be honest I really couldn’t tell. I think I wanted there to be a villain and all of them played a roll in the villain category.

I really suggest this book If you have not read it yet. This will be one of my top books of the year I gave 5 stars.

Thanks for stopping by!
