Happy October!
I finished The Guest List by Lucy Foley in one whole day! It was so good I just didn’t want to put it down. I didn’t think I would squeeze one more book in before September ended but I managed and it was worth it.
Synopsis: On a remote island off the coast of Ireland, guests gather to celebrate the wedding of Jules Keegan and Will Slater. Will is a rising television star, handsome and charming. Jules I a smart ambitious magazine publisher. Everyone on the island has a secret. Everyone has a motive. And someone won’t leave this wedding alive…
This was a true page turner! I really enjoyed the changing POV from guest of the wedding. I won’t give much away for those who haven’t read it yet. But I will say I was happy with the ending. This book was very descriptive and flowed very well. I loved the character development and if I were to rate the spookiness I’d give it a 3.
