Wow 😳

I haven’t read anything from Fredrik Backman before and I’m now wondering why I haven’t he’s such a talented author!
Synopsis: Looking at real estate isn’t usually a life or death situation, but an apartment open house becomes just that when a failed bank robber bursts in and takes a group of strangers hostage. Each of them carries a lifetime of grievances, hurts, secrets, and passions that are ready to boil over.

I enjoyed every page of this book. I wasn’t expecting some of the twists that took place but I enjoyed every last one. I really liked the ending and how there was a happy ending to all of the chaos. I found it to be a story about what happens when we become hopeless and don’t know where else to turn. But when we have a solid support system that gives us hope we can carry on. I will be checking out other books by this author I really enjoyed his writing style.
